Current stage of the project
ObliNet readiness
From a research concept and model examples to experimental evaluation of joint work.
What has been created and what remains to be tested
ObliNet is at the research and engineering development stage. A concept, draft models and individual demonstrations of the proposed mechanisms have been prepared. The next step is experimental evaluation of ObliNet’s effectiveness as a complete system.
Research programme and evaluation criteria →How to explore the proposed mechanism
The interactive map on the home page illustrates four causes of misalignment: incompatible results, schedule changes, resource conflicts and conflicting performance measures.
The map presents model scenarios, not a fully operational platform. It distinguishes observed facts, possible AI analysis and decisions made by authorized participants.
Explore the map of mutual commitments →Available demonstrations
Each example introduces an individual mechanism. An example working successfully does not, by itself, establish the effectiveness of the entire ObliNet system.
- Principle being explored
- Aligning participants’ contributions towards a shared result.
- What has been implemented
- A browser-based educational group-purchasing scenario: adding participants and choosing a possible contribution.
- What this does not establish
- The ability to organise a real purchase, fulfil commitments or achieve savings within an organisation.
Organized purchasing calculator
A trial calculation is available for the full cost of one batch, the minimum quantity and the difference from retail prices. Data stays in the browser; no order or payment is created.
Organized purchasing calculator- Principle being explored
- Accounting for full cost and the conditions under which pooling purchases may be worthwhile.
- What has been implemented
- A trial calculation for one batch using the parameters entered.
- What this does not establish
- The accuracy of input data, actual prices, savings after a purchase has been completed or the effectiveness of ObliNet as a whole.
Available nowSchedule-change example
The educational scenario shows how a delay affects related actions and how a schedule revision can be prepared. It uses predefined data, without actual AI or connections to operational systems.
- Principle being explored
- How one participant’s result depends on the timing of another participant’s actions.
- What has been implemented
- Calculating the consequences of a delay and a hypothetical renegotiation within a predefined scenario.
Three practice tools
Separate exercises in awareness of your state, perspective and attention may help you choose actions and commitments consciously. Their value for joint work remains a research hypothesis.
The external practice tools open in English.
Before making agreements with other people, it is useful to understand what is happening within ourselves.
We may want one thing, automatically react in a different way, follow habitual internal rules and overlook our actual capabilities.
Why use the practice tools: personal ObliNet →
Three levels of readiness
Partially implementedIndividual verification mechanisms
A research prototype — a reference kernel and experimental workbench (Reference Kernel / Workbench) — has been developed. Using synthetic scenarios, it checks the compatibility of formalized constraints on schedules, resources and dependencies, and supports modelling the coordination of changes.
This is not a complete ObliNet system or an evaluation of its overall effectiveness.
More about the research prototype and the scope of verificationIn developmentA complete collaboration platform
A ready-to-use system in which independent participants and organisations can coordinate real commitments, confirm results, track changes and account for mutual dependencies has not yet been presented.
Practical effectiveness has not been establishedResults from real-world deployments
Verifiable results from the practical use of ObliNet as a complete system have not yet been presented.
Whether the approach helps reduce delays, errors and the full costs of coordination remains to be established through comparative experiments and pilots.
Pilot conditions, data, connections and cost
What still needs to be decided
- Pricing: no approved tariff or pilot payment terms are published. Agree on them before work starts.
- Participant onboarding: a complete process for invitations and working with people outside the platform has not yet been defined.
- Future platform data: access, retention, deletion and hosting rules must be defined for the specific pilot. The contact form has its own privacy policy.
- Pilot: agree on participants, duration, support, scope and success criteria in advance. Sending the form does not start a pilot.
