Concept

Social support and volunteering

Problem

A need, a promise of help and an actually completed task may remain in separate lists, causing gaps, duplication and unclear responsibility.

Mechanism

The research connects aid recipients’ needs, volunteer availability and coordination between nonprofits: define an anonymous task, agree an assignee and time, record completion and obtain the specified outcome confirmation. Information access, coordinator roles and the verification method must be defined in advance. This site uses synthetic situations only; real personal data of aid recipients is neither collected nor processed.

Demonstration

No dedicated demonstration yet; recipient data is not collected.

Research hypothesis

Connecting needs, availability, completion and confirmation may reduce gaps and duplicated assistance. Evaluation should consider outcome quality, coordinator workload and the costs of respectful verification.

Status

Effectiveness has not been established.
