ObliNet 2.0
How ObliNet works
Understanding is not agreement. Agreement does not imply resources or authority. A commitment arises only through explicit confirmation by an authorised participant.
A shared mechanism: a network of verifiable agreements
Describe the task, participants and constraints.
Clarify resources, authority and outcome criteria.
Explicitly confirm conditions and dependencies.
Check outcomes and renegotiate changes.
One delay changes the shared plan
Synthetic example. A change produces a proposed plan; no real commitments are created or automatically confirmed.
Dates use a fictional starting point: each stage takes 2 days and depends on the previous stage finishing.

Integrate when it helps. Branch when needed.
Possible overload signals include approval queues, repeated discussions, conflicting commitments and rising communication costs. These signals alone do not prove that the structure should change. Temporary integration brings efforts together around a task; branching creates an autonomous group. Both require explicit commitments, relationships and authority boundaries to be preserved. See the project description for the full mechanism and limitations.
Synthetic data only. No payments, sanctions or personal data of aid recipients.
