Privacy — participation form

We use the information you provide only for ObliNet communication, research/pilot interest and project updates you explicitly request.

The form is public and does not require an account. Email is required; other personal details and your message are optional. Your contact permission and email update preference are recorded separately, with no preselected consent.

Submissions are stored privately in the project database. Relevant research, pilot, partner or contact requests may be sent to the configured ObliNet administrator. We do not sell your information or publish submissions.

We record a non-personal source label and language. A short-lived keyed hash of your network address is used to limit spam; the raw address is not stored in the form database. We do not collect browser fingerprints.

An update opt-in records its timestamp. Submitting a message does not subscribe you. Future update emails must include an unsubscribe link. You can also use this form to ask about your information or request removal; allow contact if you want a reply.
